Investors in People (IiP)

We received our second IiP accreditation in June 2004.

IiP is a national standard which provides a practical framework, based on best practice, to link the training and development of staff, with the overall performance and future success of the organisation.

Success against the standard has resulted in improvements to the quality and effectiveness of communications and employee development throughout the organisation.

There have been further improvements and enhancements with the introduction of the Integrated Personal Development System (IPDS).
