Best Value Best Value Reviews At the heart of Best Value lies a series of performance reviews which the Fire Authority is required to undertake to show its commitment towards continuous improvement in service delivery. Each review must fundamentally examine the service provided in accordance with the Government’s criteria of:

Local taxpayers, service users, partners
