Breathing Apparatus Total Care Package Draeger Limited, a long established partner of County Durham & Darlington Fire & Rescue Service, provide a service under a Total Care Package which maintains and tests our Breathing Apparatus and associated equipment. This service is deemed to be the most efficient and effective option available which also complies with Best Value principles.
The maintenance of the work is carried out over three working days per week, which includes an out of hours twenty-four hour response for abnormal requirements.
The equipment maintained under the contact is listed below:
- PSS 100 breathing apparatus sets;
- Ancillary equipment;
- Cylinders and cylinder covers;
- Breathing apparatus air compressors;
- Gas tight suits; and
- Resuscitation equipment.
